How VIP Marketplace works
Learn how to invite customers to the VIP Marketplace program, what the three license term options are, and how volume discounts work.
Discount levels are available to VIP Marketplace members who purchase 10 licenses or more during a license term.* Through discount levels, members benefit from an automatic, discount level† andd any associated discounts on qualified purchases made during the license term. Discount levels increase as the member purchases more qualifying licenses.

Customers qualify for a discount level with a single purchase.
VIP Marketplace members with fewer than 10 licenses can automatically qualify for a ddiscount level with a single order of 10 or more licenses. When a member places an order for the minimum license quantity for a corresponding discount level, their membership will automatically be placed in that discount level.
Customers qualify for a discount level at renewal.
Customers can qualify for a discount level with their renewal orders. Their discount level is automatically determined based on the number of licenses renewed in their renewal order. If the renewal total is 10 licenses or more, then that renewal order and subsequent orders of any size qualify for the discount level earned at renewal. For higher discount levels, customers can add more licenses to achieve the 50– and 100-license thresholds.
