How VIP Marketplace works
Learn how to invite customers to the VIP Marketplace program, what the three subscription term options are, and how volume discounts work.
Volume discounts are available to VIP Marketplace members who purchase 10 licenses or more during a subscription term.* Through volume discounts, members benefit from an automatic, assured discount level† on all purchases made during the qualified subscription term.
VIP Marketplace members can save more when their organization qualifies for volume discounts. They must purchase 10 or more licenses during a subscription term to qualify. Your discount increases as you purchase more licenses. See the diagram and chart below to learn more:
Customers qualify for volume discounts with a single purchase.
VIP Marketplace members with fewer than 10 licenses can automatically qualify for volume discounts with a single order of 10 or more licenses. When a member places an order for the minimum license quantity for their preferred discount level, their membership will automatically receive the respective volume discount.
Customers qualify for volume discounts at renewal.
Customers can qualify for volume discounts with their renewal orders. Their volume discount is automatically calculated based on the number of licenses renewed in their auto-renewal order. If the renewal total is 10 licenses or more, then that renewal order and subsequent orders of any size qualify for the volume discount earned at renewal. For higher discounts, customers can add more licenses to achieve the 50– and 100-license thresholds.
*The following offers do not count toward obtaining VIP Marketplace discount levels or meeting a Member’s 3-year minimum number of licenses commitment. These offers include, but are not limited to: Consumables, Adobe Acrobat Sign Solutions Subscription for Government, Adobe Acrobat Classic, AI Assistant for Acrobat, Adobe Express for Education, and Generative Credits Add-ons.
† Specific pricing is always set between the Reseller and the VIP Marketplace Member.
