Accessing partner content has never been easier. 

Partners can now register for an account in minutes.             

We are excited to announce a new, simplified contact registration process for partners with existing Adobe Partner Connection (APC) memberships. Your Adobe sellers can now join their organization's membership with a simple lookup and approval process. They get quicker access to sales tools, training, and other valuable resources on Adobe Consumer & Business Connection, the APC partner portal, and the Adobe Channel Training Center.

How does a partner seller register?

From Adobe Consumer & Business Connection:

  1. Click the Register link at the top right corner of any page.
  2. Follow the instructions listed in the "Register for APC credentials" section.

From the APC partner portal:

  1. Click the Register button in the Sign In box on the right side of the page.
  2. Click the Create An Account link under the Sign In header. 


Direct partners to the Partner HelpDesk if they have questions.

Reminder: VIP renewal grace period is up to 30 days from the anniversary date

Renewal grace period extensions related to COVID-19 were applicable to VIP members with an anniversary date from March 21, 2020 to May 31, 2020 only. The standard policy for VIP is that the renewal orders are due on the anniversary date, with a grace period of 30 days.

Any special exceptions regarding the renewal grace period for a specific VIP member will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances only. Partners must work with their Adobe Channel Account Manager (CAM) to facilitate requests for special exceptions, and CAMs must work with the Buying Programs Operations team to have special exception requests reviewed. Please ensure that your partners do not contact Order Management directly as they will not be processing any special exception requests without approval from the Buying Programs Operations team.

Extended availability of CCDA for government in CLP

Adobe has made the decision to extend the availability of Creative Cloud Desktop App (CCDA) in the Cumulative Licensing Program (CLP) for the government market segment. These products were marked for deletion on the CLP distributor price list that was published on July 1, 2020. Do not delete these SKUs from your system. The SKUs will still be orderable for new and renewal orders placed during August and September 2020, but the SKUs will not be published on the price list.

 

FrameMaker Publishing Server & RoboHelp Server SKUs will be available for first order on August 31         

The new release of Adobe FrameMaker Publishing Server and Adobe RoboHelp Server will be available for selling from August 31, instead of August 27.

Both the products will be available on the Value Incentive Plan (VIP) for the first time. The new release versions will no longer be available on perpetual buying programs (TLP/CLP).
