Reminder: Products and Programs Roadmap

In an effort to increase visibility, gain alignment, and provide a concise view into the DMe GTM & Sales high-level initiatives, the enablement team works closely with our BU, GTM, and functional groups to identify key initiatives and communicate them to the organization in one place—the DMe GTM & Sales FY20 Products and Programs Roadmap.

We capture and deliver this data on a regular basis to the entire DMe GTM & Sales team, maintaining focus on our high-level objectives. This engagement allows us to remain closely aligned with these key groups, giving us foresight into company initiatives, and the ability to develop and deliver a complete enablement plan in support.

Reminder: Localized versions of the updated Adobe Acrobat DC & Microsoft 365 campaign kit now available

IT managers want to keep teams connected, productive, and secure, whether they’re in the office or working remotely. By adding timesaving PDF tools to Microsoft 365 with Adobe Acrobat DC, customers can maximize their Microsoft investment and boost productivity across their organization.

The Adobe Acrobat DC and Microsoft 365 campaign kit was designed to help you show Microsoft 365 customers, as well as Acrobat perpetual customers considering investing in Microsoft 365, how they can benefit from an Acrobat DC subscription. Inside this kit, you will find:

  • Marketing assets—Get channel copy, an email template, web banners, and suggested social media content—as well as a video that shows the value of adding Acrobat DC to Microsoft 365—to help in your marketing efforts.
  • Conversation guide—Use this guide to facilitate productive conversations with IT customers about the business value of adding Acrobat DC to their Microsoft 365 workflows. This guide includes target customers, account planning and discovery, benefits, and objection handling.
  • Comparison chart—Share a detailed Acrobat DC comparison chart with your customers that compares Acrobat DC to previous versions and shows the differences between Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Standard.
  • Setup help—Get step-by-step guides and checklists to help you migrate from serialized licensing to named user licensing in VIP for both teams and enterprise.

Reminder: Reinventing the Admin Console

In the past, the Admin Console has taken a one-size-fits-all approach and does little to guide admins to the right path for their situation, resulting in an experience that is far from optimal for any given user. The impact of our current Admin Console approach is most evident when we look at SMB cancellations and business support call volume:

  • Provisioning and administration-related tasks contribute to 37% of overall call volume across SMB and enterprise.
  • Unassigned licenses are a top driver of CC for teams churn.

The goal of the Admin Reinvent project is to provide personalized experiences for admins of all segments, promote value discovery, and minimize the friction of the setup and use phases, thereby reducing time-to-value for end users and getting us on par with the competition. Users can enjoy an easier onboarding process, more intuitive license management, and a personalized dashboard with important account information, including:

  • Clearer onboarding—Admins receive contextual, guided tutorials, and clear indication of progress to complete setup of their team and learn how to effectively use the Admin Console.
  • Easier license management—Admins can easily manage licenses with intuitive workflows for their specific needs such as the ability to quickly assign 10 users and easily bulk upload and use CSV options. Ensure that all team members accept their license by receiving notifications when invites are undeliverable or accepted.
  • More personalization—Upon login, view a dashboard with helpful information such as useful feature recommendations, account setup optimization, and help functionality. Easily share feedback to help improve experience.

This is a multiphase launch, which started in 2020 and is expected to conclude in Q1 2021. The GTM plan will include updated onboarding communications, helpX content updates, new sales collateral, and updates to the Adobe.com deploy and manage page.

Please contact dchalla@adobe.com with any questions.

Reminder: 50% deal registration payout on Adobe Sign for eligible resellers

The minimum threshold is 10 licenses (hosted subscriptions) or 1,500 transactions (consumables). Deal registration availability is limited by reseller level and varies by region.
