Now available: Acrobat 2017 end of support campaign kit

Support for Adobe Acrobat 2017 (perpetual) is ending on June 6, 2022, so now’s the perfect time to reach out to your affected customers to discuss this change and walk them through the benefits of moving to Acrobat DC in the Value Incentive Plan (VIP).

This campaign kit was designed to help accelerate demand and purchase of Acrobat DC through VIP for Acrobat 2017 customers whose support will end soon. Inside this kit, you will find:

  • Marketing assets—Email template and web banners to help with your marketing efforts.
  • Conversation guide—A guide to help facilitate conversations with IT customers about the business value of switching from Acrobat 2017 to Acrobat DC in VIP; it includes target customers, account planning and discovery, customer benefits, and objection handling.
  • Comparison chart—Detailed comparison chart that compares Acrobat DC to previous versions of Acrobat, including Acrobat 2017 (perpetual).
  • Sales email copy—Email copy to paste into your own one-on-one customer communications.
  • Setup help—Step-by-step guides and checklists to help migrate from serialized licensing to named user licensing in VIP for both teams and enterprise.

Localized kits will be available on Consumer & Business Connection by approximately the last week in February (or sooner) in the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, LATAM Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean.
