Update to Stock additional terms—Impact on agency workflows with Creative Cloud Pro Edition plans


On December 5, 2022, Adobe updated the terms of use for all Creative Cloud Pro Edition plans. This includes Creative Cloud for teams Pro Edition (direct and VIP) and Creative Cloud for enterprise Pro Edition (VIP). This update eliminates the ability for customers (such as agencies) with a Pro Edition plan to license assets on behalf of their clients.

  • Customers (such as agencies) are no longer permitted to license assets on behalf of their clients when licensing an asset with a Pro Edition plan. If customers would like to license an asset for a client, they can purchase an Adobe Stock for teams subscription plan or an Adobe Stock for teams credit pack in order to license an asset to a client.
  • Customers cannot resell assets to clients.
