Urgent message regarding FRL FrameMaker Publishing Server, FRL Technical Communication Suite, and FRL RoboHelp Server in VIP
Previously it was communicated that FRL FrameMaker Publishing Server, FRL Technical Communication Suite, and FRL RoboHelp Server in Value Incentive Plan (VIP) would be bookable in your respective systems starting March 1, 2021. However, due to some delays in product testing, the FRL FrameMaker Publishing Server, FRL Technical Communication Suite, and FRL RoboHelp Server in VIP will not be bookable for worldwide regions until March 10, 2021.
Should a salesperson attempt to book the FRL FrameMaker Publishing Server, FRL Technical Communication Suite, and FRL RoboHelp Server, they will be met with an error message, and the order will not go through. Therefore, any current discussions with customers should inform them that the launch date has been pushed back by 10 days.
We apologize for the delay and will keep you up to date with any other necessary information.

As a refresher, CC for enterprise Pro grants users the following access:
- Uninterrupted access to their existing Creative Cloud app(s)
- Unlimited downloads of over 200 million Adobe Stock standard assets
- Integrated workflows and advanced search functionality
- World-class enterprise support and enterprise-specific features
- Extended licenses on Adobe Stock assets for greater flexibility
Please keep in mind that customers:
- Must be willing to migrate all of their Creative Cloud seats to CC for enterprise Pro (Acrobat DC does not count)
- Must have and maintain at least 5 Creative Cloud seats
- Can upgrade either Creative Cloud Single App licenses, such as Photoshop, and/or their Creative Cloud All Apps licenses.
This is only available through our sales channels and is a great upsell opportunity.
