Sales teams: Log in to the sales playbooks, bookmark them before you forget, and then record yourself and quickly listen back. How do you sound? Good? Want to be great? Give it another go, ask a peer to listen, and share feedback.
Sales managers: Kick off a competition such as who can deliver the best Creative Cloud for teams pitch, and share with your team the pitches that best communicate the value of integrations across real-world workflows. Get started by sharing some TikTok inspiration with your sellers.

Reminder: Acrobat Pro VIP customers with an anniversary date after July 1 are eligible for the old price if they order by July 1
The price of Acrobat Pro is set to increase for existing commercial VIP customers on July 1, 2023. In the April enablement session, we had communicated that eligibility for the old/existing Acrobat Pro price for VIP customers is determined by the customer’s anniversary date. However, we have revised that guideline, and we are now allowing customers with an anniversary date on or after July 1 to renew at the old/existing price if the order is booked before July 1.

Reminder: Confirm Reseller Console purchase authorization duration discrepancies in LWS
When a purchase authorization (PA) is created on a monthly pro-ration date (for example, the PA is created on June 15 and the VIP anniversary date is September 15), the Reseller Console sometimes displays an incorrect PA duration of one month less than the actual duration. This is a display issue only; the PA duration is still being calculated correctly. Resellers can confirm the correct PA duration by creating an order to fulfill the PA and checking the Duration field. The PA number must be referenced during the order creation process.
