Announcing Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2025 in VIP Marketplace

We’re excited to announce that Photoshop Elements 2025, Premiere Elements 2025, and the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2025 bundle are now available through VIP Marketplace.

For customers who want the full creative experience, the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2025 bundle offers the best of both worlds — photo and video editing. 

FAQs 
What type of license is available for the Elements 2025 products? 
Photoshop Elements 2025, Premiere Elements 2025, and the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2025 bundle are available as 3-year term licenses through VIP Marketplace.

Does the license automatically renew after 3 years? 
No. The license does not auto-renew. After 3 years, the software will stop working unless a new license is purchased.

How can I add more licenses during the 3-year term? 
Additional licenses — whether for the same version or a newer one — can be added at any time. These will be prorated to the original anniversary date of the agreement.

Upcoming changes for the VIP & VIP Marketplace programs taking place on May 31, 2025

The following notification summarizes the actions that will take place on May 31, 2025, as we complete the sunset of the Value Incentive Plan (VIP) buying program for the commercial market segment. These changes apply worldwide, excluding China and restricted countries.   

May 31, 2025:

The following changes will take place on May 31, 2025 for all VIP commercial segment customers worldwide including pre-approved cohorts that had previously been given an extended migration deadline in some regions. 

• Adobe will no longer support new or renewal orders in the VIP buying program for any commercial segment customers.  
• These previously pre-approved cohorts include VIP commercial 3-year commit customers, global customers purchasing from worldwide resellers, and customers with exception-based high-volume discount pricing.  
  
• 3-year commit partner pricing will be honored in VIP Marketplace for customers with active VIP 3-year commit agreements; however, no new or renewal orders will be accepted in VIP after May 31, 2025. 
• Channel partners are expected to complete migration of all VIP commercial segment customers to VIP Marketplace by this date. 
• For clarity, no VIP commercial orders will be accepted after May 31, 2025.

TLP sunset on May 31, 2025

As a reminder, The TLP buying program will be sunset on May 31, 2025, effective worldwide in all market segments.

Remaining TLP customers may migrate to VIP Marketplace for all future license purchases. If you have any questions on migrating TLP customers to VIP Marketplace, please reach out to your Adobe authorized distributor or channel account manager.
