Acrobat Classic pricing and naming updates

Starting February 1, Acrobat Classic’s pricing will be changing. As such, the existing 20% promo will be discontinued in support of this price change. 

• Updated pricing on February price list:
• COM: $324.00 per 3-year license
• GOV: $280.80 per 3-year term license 
• EDU: $114.48 PUF per 3-year license
• Pricing applies to both NUL and FRL (note we only offer FRL-Online in COM & EDU, no FRL for GOV)
• In addition, the name will be changing from Acrobat Classic to Acrobat Pro 2024 (timing TBD).  More details to come in Q2.

Acrobat Pro Plus is Now Acrobat Premium! ​

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Acrobat Premium, previously known as Acrobat Pro Plus. ​ This new offering combines the powerful features of Acrobat Pro with the innovative capabilities of AI Assistant, all in a single SKU. ​ This change simplifies purchasing and will accelerate the adoption of AI Assistant. ​

Acrobat Premium for Enterprise: ​

• Launch Date: January 6th (formerly Acrobat Pro Plus) ​
• Price List Update: Name changed on Feb price list
• Availability: Worldwide, excluding China ​
• Buying Programs & Segments: ​VIP MP (COM & GOV), VIP (GOV), ETLA

Acrobat Premium for Teams: ​

• Price List Update: Removed from January price list, will be included in the March price list ​
• First Order Date: February 12th

Reminder: Acrobat Pro Plus: Offer name change & availability

In December 2024, Adobe presented Acrobat Pro Plus, a new offer launching in January 2025 combining Acrobat Pro and Acrobat AI Assistant into one offer. Since then, a decision has been made to change the name of Acrobat Pro Plus to Acrobat Premium. This name change applies to both teams and enterprise offers. Adobe will continue with the release of Acrobat Pro Plus for enterprise on January 6, 2025. However, Acrobat Pro Plus for teams has been removed from the VIP Marketplace and VIP price lists until a new release date is established.

What this means:

Enterprise offers:

• The January 2025 price lists reflect the name Acrobat Pro Plus for enterprise. Customers placing orders for enterprise offers can begin ordering these offers starting on January 6, 2025.
• These offers will be available in VIP Marketplace for commercial & government and in VIP for government only. There is no commercial offer in VIP due to the program sunset.
• New February price lists have been published reflecting the name change to Acrobat Premium for enterprise. This will be the same offer with just the branding updated, so any customers who place orders in January with the old name will see the new branding reflected automatically. 

Teams offers:

• The release date for Acrobat Premium for teams is still pending and will be announced when available. Customers who wish to order the teams product can order the existing Acrobat Pro for teams offer and AI Assistant as an add-on for the time being.
• Once Acrobat Premium for teams is available, customers can either add Acrobat Premium for teams licenses or upgrade their current Acrobat Pro licenses at renewal to Acrobat Premium for teams.

Reminder: Acrobat Pro High Growth Offers now available

Acrobat Pro High Growth Offers (HGOs) are now available in VIP Marketplace to accelerate seat expansion for customers with 250 or fewer Acrobat seats. With HGOs, customers can save as they expand their Acrobat Pro footprint. These offers are available to existing Acrobat customers in the VIP, VIP Marketplace, TLP, and CLP Buying Programs. (Only new-to-VIP customers with an Acrobat footprint in TLP/CLP are eligible.) 

The offers are available both at renewal and mid-term for 3-year commit (3YC) contracts only; any subsequent Acrobat Pro purchases within the 3YC will qualify for the HGO discounts. High Growth Offers do not renew when customers recommit to a new 3YC.
