Updated VIP Commercial Sunset FAQ Now Available

As previously announced, the following components of the VIP Buying Program for the commercial segment have been discontinued effective December 2, 2024. These changes apply worldwide, excluding China and restricted countries.  

• Adobe no longer supports new VIP commercial contract creation. Partners are expected to process any new commercial contract creation in VIP Marketplace.  

• New product launches/new offers (including promotions) are no longer supported in VIP and will be made available for partners only in VIP Marketplace.  

• Adobe no longer supports Linked Membership enrollments for VIP commercial customers. Partners are expected to migrate customers to VIP Marketplace and utilize the new Linked Membership capabilities on the marketplace platform. (Additions or removals of affiliates from existing VIP Linked Memberships are still supported, so long as the affiliates in question have not yet migrated to VIP Marketplace.)

VIP Marketplace Returns Exception Policy

As previously announced, the new VIP Marketplace Returns Exception policy and process, with corresponding RMA fee structure, is now in effect as of December 2, 2024. Partners can get the new Exception Return Form from their Channel Account Manager.

Reminder: Acrobat Services APIs launching in VIP Marketplace

Adobe Acrobat Services will be available in VIP Marketplace starting December 2nd, 2024 for Commercial and Education customers. Acrobat Services include 20+ APIs that help customers automate document workflows for Document Generation, Document Intelligence, Document Accessibility, and Document Authenticity.

Partner enablement for this launch will take place on December 5th. The session will include SKU details, pricing, and ordering information for VIP Marketplace. A recording will be posted to CBC for reference.

Reminder: Acrobat Pro Plus Skus

In Q1, we are releasing Acrobat Pro Plus, a new offer that combines Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant. You will see 2 new SKUs, Acrobat Pro Plus for Teams and Acrobat Pro Plus for Enterprise, on the January pricelist, which will be available on December 1st. Please attend the December 5th enablement session for complete details.

Reminder: Changes to Adobe Express Offers

The Adobe Express Limited Time Offer (LTO) for VIP was extended from 12/13/24 to 2/28/25 to provide more flexibility for adoption:

VIP Offer

First-year (30% off)
$34.92 USD /year/seat 
(Extended until 2/28/2025) 

Second and Third-year
$49.92 USD /year/seat

• Up to 3-year price guarantee with renewal of 1-year contract

There has also been a change in Adobe Express for Teams pricing:

First-year intro price
$49.92 USD /year/seat 
(Goes live 12/14/2024) 

Base Price
$79.92 USD /year/seat
(SKUs are live as of 10/21/2024)

• The first-year intro price will only be available for the first year
• After the first year, the offer renews at base price
• Localised and up to date SKUs are active during these periods (consult your local price list)
