Now available! Acrobat DC webinar kit 3 for resellers: Boost team collaboration
To help drive Acrobat DC sales, Adobe has developed the resources resellers need to host their own five-part customer webinar series on their own schedule. Now Adobe partners can showcase the benefits of Acrobat DC to perpetual customers who haven’t yet migrated as well as to new Acrobat customers and even to active subscription customers who aren’t yet taking advantage of all the powerful, time-saving features in Acrobat DC.
Share the latest kit
The newest webinar kit—the third in the series—is called “Boost team collaboration with Acrobat DC,” and it is now available in English, with localized versions coming soon. This session focuses on how Adobe Acrobat DC gives teams the tools they need to collaborate more quickly and efficiently—whether they’re working from home or in the office. Resellers can show customers how to keep projects moving by sharing files online and working together from a single digital copy, increase efficiency by collaborating on PDF files directly in Microsoft Teams, accelerate reviews by sending PDFs to multiple reviewers and collecting feedback in one place, and more.
Give resellers everything they need to promote and host this webinar and connect with customers afterward, including:
- Pre-webinar invitations, web banners, and social media content to drive attendance.
- Resources to run the webinar such as a script, presentation deck, video demo, and FAQ.
- Post-webinar call script and thank you emails to follow up with customers afterward.

Don’t miss out
Encourage partners to check the Acrobat DC Assets page often to ensure they don’t miss a topic. A new session kit will be released each month through August.
Reminder: New Adobe Sign eLearning for Adobe internal and resellers
We know that selling Adobe Sign is very different from selling other Adobe products, such as Adobe Creative Cloud. To help you in your current and future customer interactions, we’re happy to announce a new Adobe Sign eLearning module for Adobe internal and resellers.
This 90-minute interactive eLearning is aligned to the Adobe Sign sales playbook and sales methodology and will provide you with the baseline knowledge of how to sell Adobe Sign through a sales conversation.

FAQ
How is this different from the Adobe Sign sales playbook?
This eLearning provides resellers with the baseline they need to get ready to sell Adobe Sign. It pulls in activities and content from the Adobe Sign sales playbook to reinforce the value proposition.
Is our sales methodology (BCJ/ECJ) included?
The Enterprise Customer Journey (ECJ) follows seven stages within SFDC.
The primary audience for this eLearning is partners, and they do not use Salesforce in the same way. We have used the sales skills methodology they are familiar with and aligned to the wording used in the ECJ. For example, Solution Definition and Value is captured within our Recommend module, and Customer Commit is within the Commit module. There is more to come on this later in Q3.
Does my partner need to take this eLearning to achieve their Adobe Sign sales accreditation?
Yes, this is one part of the Sign eales enablement accreditation. They must also attend the Adobe Sign sales playbook enablement.
What can I do today to get my partners involved?
Partners that have access to Consumer & Business Connection are auto-enrolled in the Adobe Sign sales eLearning. Point them to the eLearning section in The Academy on C&B Connection to get them started. Contact your regional enablement program manager to share eLearning reports on in-progress and completed modules. (Note: This data is not automated and is available weekly.)
