NEW! Adobe Sign eLearning for Adobe internal and resellers

We know that selling Adobe Sign is very different from selling other Adobe products, such as Adobe Creative Cloud. To help you in your current and future customer interactions, we’re happy to announce a new Adobe Sign eLearning module for Adobe internal and resellers.

This 90-minute interactive eLearning is aligned to the Adobe Sign sales playbook and sales methodology and will provide you with the baseline knowledge of how to sell Adobe Sign through a sales conversation.

FAQ

How is this different from the Adobe Sign sales playbook?

This eLearning provides resellers with the baseline they need to get ready to sell Adobe Sign. It pulls in activities and content from the Adobe Sign sales playbook to reinforce the value proposition.

Is our sales methodology (BCJ/ECJ) included?

The Enterprise Customer Journey (ECJ) follows seven stages within SFDC.

The primary audience for this eLearning is partners, and they do not use Salesforce in the same way. We have used the sales skills methodology they are familiar with and aligned to the wording used in the ECJ. For example, Solution Definition and Value is captured within our Recommend module, and Customer Commit is within the Commit module. There is more to come on this later in Q3.

Does my partner need to take this eLearning to achieve their Adobe Sign sales accreditation?

Yes, this is one part of the Sign eales enablement accreditation. They must also attend the Adobe Sign sales playbook enablement.

What can I do today to get my partners involved?

Partners that have access to Consumer & Business Connection are auto-enrolled in the Adobe Sign sales eLearning. Point them to the eLearning section in The Academy on C&B Connection to get them started. Contact your regional enablement program manager to share eLearning reports on in-progress and completed modules. (Note: This data is not automated and is available weekly.)

Reminder: Spark and Premiere Rush Single Apps end of sale for new teams and enterprise customers

Adobe will no longer be selling Spark or Premiere Rush Single App plans to new teams or enterprise customers starting June 14, 2021. Please renew existing Spark customers to the Premiere Rush Single App plan, which includes access to Spark, at no additional cost.

Download a short guide to assist your contract admins with next steps (sign-in required).

What do I need to know?

  • Spark, Rush, and Rush Pro Edition Single App plans for teams and enterprise will no longer be available from the published price lists after June 14, 2021.
  • Spark and Rush will become a bundle of apps with more functionality that will be included in All Apps and most other Single App plans—with no price increase. Stay tuned for more details.
  • InCopy and Substance will have Spark removed at existing customers’ next renewal.

What can I sell to renewing customers?

What do I sell if a new customer wants Spark as a new contract on or after June 14?

  • A new customer is defined here as any customer who did not previously purchase the Spark Single App plan.
  • Customers can purchase any Creative Cloud Single App (except for InCopy and Substance) or Creative Cloud All Apps to get the full Spark value, at no additional cost.

What changes have been made to the VIP price lists?

  • Spark Single App for teams and enterprise plans will be removed from the price lists—meaning no customers will be able to renew or buy net new Spark Single App licenses.
  • Premiere Rush and Premiere Rush Pro Edition Single App plans for teams and enterprise have been moved to the 3YC and unpublished price lists—meaning you can sell these unpublished SKUs only to customers who had previously purchased these plans and need an add-on or renewal order.

What would happen to the end user’s product experience once the contract is renewed from Spark Single App to Rush Single App?

  • If end users are on Spark today, their experiences won’t be impacted if the contract is changed from the Spark Single App plan to Premiere Rush Single App plan (or another Creative Cloud Single App or All Apps plan with Spark entitlements).
  • End users will still be able to access their projects in Spark. The product experience will remain the same.

Will Spark be removed from other plans?

  • The Spark entitlement will be removed from InCopy Single App for teams and enterprise plans that renew on or after June 15, 2021.
  • The Spark entitlement will be removed from Substance enterprise plans that renew on or after June 23, 2021.
