Before you call a customer, do your research

Learn more about the customer before you make the call, and you can start to identify their needs beforehand: 

  • Is this a current or past customer for Adobe Stock?
  • What other Adobe products are they currently using?
  • Does their company website use a lot of stock imagery?
  • Have they downloaded any Stock assets recently?
  • Do they have a strong social media presence that could indicate additional stock imagery needs?

If you’re calling customers from the Call Center, consider that your customer might need a call back from the Adobe Stock specialist team.
