WHAT'S HAPPENING

Planned system update beginning after close of business on July 28, 2023

As part of a planned Adobe system update, SAP will be placed in read-only mode beginning after close of business on Friday July 28, 2023 PT. All system maintenance is planned to be completed over the weekend while all regions are generally offline, and full system access is planned to be restored by early Monday morning for the start of the business week.

During this time, orders placed via EDI or VIP Marketplace will queue for processing as soon as SAP access is returned to read/write mode. Other VIP Marketplace actions, such as customer creation and VIP to VIP Marketplace migrations, may be submitted but will also be queued for processing as soon as SAP is returned to read/write mode.

The Reseller Console and Admin Console will be available, but processes initiated via these surfaces, such as new VIP ID creation, will be queued for processing after SAP is returned to read/write mode.

The Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) will be unavailable during this time. Users will not be able to place new orders or log in to the system to access existing order data until SAP is returned to read/write mode.

Correction to Adobe Acrobat Sign for business pricing effective October 1, 2023, for LATAM and APAC

On February 1, 2022, new partner pricing was published for Adobe Acrobat Sign for business on all LATAM and APAC commercial VIP and VIP Marketplace price lists. The intention of this pricing update was a slight reduction in MSRP to align with local market requirements in both regions. Unfortunately, an error was made, and the prices were inadvertently switched, resulting in higher than intended partner pricing on the LATAM price lists and lower than intended partner pricing on the APAC price lists.

The following actions are being taken to address this error:

September 30, 2023: Last order date for incorrect prices

  • This pricing will appear on the September price lists (to be published August 1) with the DELETE flag.

October 1, 2023: First order date for corrected prices

  • This pricing will appear on the October price lists (to be published September 1) with the CHANGE flag.

For APAC only:

  • Since the APAC price lists will reflect a price increase relative to currently published partner pricing, the currently published partner pricing will move to the 3-year-commit price list and will be honored for existing 3-year-commit customers.

  • New pricing will still reflect a slight reduction in MSRP relative to pre–February 2022 pricing.

For LATAM only:

  • Since the corrected prices will be lower than the previous prices, all customers (including existing 3-year-commit customers) should use the new pricing that will be effective October 1, 2023.
