WHAT'S HAPPENING
NEW! Adobe Sign eLearning enhancement
Last quarter the Global Sales Enablement team launched Adobe Sign Sales eLearning focused on enabling sellers to accurately identify the customer’s e-signature needs and articulate the value of Adobe Sign through C-focused sales conversations.
Results
Since launch, 178 internal sellers globally have enrolled to this eLearning and 67 have completed with an assessment score of 80% or higher. From our partner audience, 307 partners globally have enrolled with 110 completing the course.
What we’re hearing from sellers
“The aspects of Engage, Discover, Confirm, Recommend, Commit, and finally Grow and Renew was well covered.”
“I liked the examples by industry vertical; sometimes you need to know how best to respond to sales objections.”
“The factual information and stats shared, including the percentage in time savings, are handy stats to use in all sales engagements.”
“I loved this training! I also learned how valuable LISTENING can be in our responses as sales people.”
What’s new
Based on recommendations from sellers and stakeholders, we have added a ninth module to this eLearning that allows sellers to recap the key points before taking the assessment and introduces our sellers to the Adobe Sign sales playbooks—your day-to-day resource for leading customer-focused conversations.
Next steps
It is recommended that all sellers enroll in and complete the entire Adobe Sign sales eLearning. They must pass the assessment with a score of 80% or higher. They must also accurately hunt down all the answers for the Sign Playbooks Treasure Hunt activity to get a 100% completion on the last module.

VIP price list reformatting of Product Type field
Beginning with the November price lists for the Value Incentive Plan (VIP), the Product Type field will be simplified to reduce duplicate text for partners. The new simplified Product Type field will help text stay within character limits when concatenated with data from other fields. No SKU changes or specific actions are required by sellers..
Reminder: Updated process—explicit acceptance now required by delegates for Creative Cloud
We recently introduced updates to our Adobe cloud storage model. These updates will improve the way business customers store, manage, and securely collaborate on creative projects in the future.
However, this update has an impact on the actions required by delegates to access their apps. Until recently, when an admin added a delegate to their organization, delegates were able to simply log in to Creative Cloud and get started. An email with a “Click here to get started” message was sent, but no action was required by the delegate to activate their license.
With this update, delegates must explicitly accept the email invitation by clicking the “Click here to get started” button. Once they have done this, they can log in to Creative Cloud and get to work.
Please review this process and ensure delegates know to complete Step 4:
- Customer places order with reseller.
- Admin adds delegates to organization.
- Delegates get email with a “Click here to get started” link.
- Delegates click the link in the email to access their Creative Cloud account.
Note: If the delegate simply logs in without clicking the link in the email, they will be unable to access the applications.
Please ensure you communicate this to your customers in order to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. If you have questions, please contact your Adobe Channel Account Manager or distributor.

Reminder: Announcing the latest Acrobat DC webinar kit—streamline software management with Acrobat DC
To help drive Acrobat DC sales, Adobe has developed the resources you need to host your own five-part customer webinar series on your schedule. Now you can showcase the benefits of Acrobat DC to perpetual customers who haven’t yet migrated as well as to new Acrobat customers and even to active subscription customers who aren’t yet taking advantage of all the powerful features in Acrobat DC.
Get the latest kit
The newest webinar kit—the fifth in the series—is called “Streamline software management with Acrobat DC”. This session focuses on how Acrobat DC makes it easy to deploy and update PDF software, track licenses across an organization, and protect company documents and data. Show customers how to:
- Get up and running quickly by adding user licenses to the web-based admin console via bulk upload or a directory sync.
- Support their ever-changing workforce by easily assigning, reassigning, removing, and tracking licenses with just a few clicks.
- Strengthen security of corporate information by authenticating users via Adobe ID, Enterprise ID, or Federated ID.
- Speed up installation and configuration with the Acrobat Customization Wizard.
- Install updates on their own schedule or enable users to self-install.
Get everything you need to promote and host this webinar and connect with customers afterward, including:
- Pre-webinar invitations, web banners, and social media content to drive attendance.
- Resources to run the webinar such as a script, presentation deck, video demo, and FAQ.
- Post-webinar call script and thank you emails to follow up with customers afterward.

Don’t miss out
This kit is available in English now, with localized kits coming soon. Visit the Acrobat DC Assets page often to make sure you didn’t miss one.
Reminder: Localized calendar pages now available on C&B Connection
Adobe employees and partners that use the localized versions of Consumer & Business Connection can now find localized event pages. Instead of switching to the English version of C&B Connection to find event information, you can now access three new event pages on your local site, including:
- Calendar of events—Find all upcoming events or revisit archived events. Filter by date, region, event type, or product. Or search events by keyword.
- eSeminars—See all eSeminars from newest to oldest.
- Enablement Labs—See all Enablement labs from newest to oldest.
All regions will see Worldwide events (in English) on their new localized pages. And regions that host local events will also see a Local tab on each page for localized event information and supporting content. If you have localized events you would like to add to these pages, contact cbgse@adobe.com.
You must sign in with your partner or employee credentials to see the Enablement Labs page and most of the recent calendar events, including many eSeminars. If you have any trouble signing into C&B Connection, visit the Register page to troubleshoot or learn how to register for credentials.
