WHAT'S HAPPENING
Update: Spark and Premiere Rush Single Apps end of sale for new teams and enterprise customers
Adobe will no longer sell Spark or Premiere Rush Single App plans to new teams and enterprise customers starting June 14, 2021. Please renew existing Spark customers to the Premiere Rush Single App plan, which includes access to Spark, at no additional cost.
Download a short guide to assist your contract admins with next steps (sign-in required).
What do I need to know?
- Spark, Rush, and Rush Pro Edition Single App plans for teams and enterprise will no longer be available from the published price lists after June 14, 2021.
- Spark and Rush will become a bundle of apps with more functionality that will be included in All Apps and Single App plans (except InCopy and Substance)—with no price increase. Stay tuned for more details.
- InCopy and Substance will have Spark removed at existing customers’ next renewal.
What can I sell to renewing customers?
- If customers who had previously purchased the Spark Single App plan want to place add-on or renewal orders, you can sell them the Premiere Rush Single App plan for the most equivalent value (for the same price as the Spark Single App plan). Contact your Adobe Channel Account Manager to place the order for the Rush Single App plan.
- If customers who had previously purchased the Rush Single App or Rush Pro Edition Single App plan wish to continue, they will be able to do so. Contact your Adobe Channel Account Manager.
What do I sell if a new customer wants the Spark Single App plan as a new contract on or after June 14?
- A new customer is defined here as any customer who did not previously purchase the Spark Single App plan.
- Customers can purchase any Creative Cloud Single App (except for InCopy and Substance) or Creative Cloud All App to get the full Spark value at no additional cost.
What changes have been made to the VIP price lists?
- The Spark Single App plan for teams and enterprise plans will be removed from the price lists—meaning no customers will be able to renew or buy net new Spark Single App licenses.
- Premiere Rush and Premiere Rush Pro Edition Single App plans for teams and enterprise have been moved to the 3YC and unpublished price lists—meaning that you can sell these unpublished SKUs only to customers who had previously purchased these plans and need an add-on or renewal order.

What would happen to the end user’s product experience once the contract is renewed from Spark Single App to Premiere Rush Single App?
- If end users are using the Spark Single App plan today, their experience won’t be impacted if the contract is changed from Spark Single App to Premiere Rush Single App (or another Creative Cloud Single App or All Apps plan with Spark entitlements).
- End users will still be able to access their projects in Spark. The product experience will remain the same.
Will Spark be removed from other plans?
- The Spark entitlement will be removed from InCopy Single App for teams and enterprise plans that renew on or after June 15, 2021.
- The Spark entitlement will be removed from Substance enterprise plans that renew on or after June 23, 2021.
