WHAT'S HAPPENING
Adobe Stock Credit Packs for education customers
Adobe Stock Credit Packs can now be sold to education customers. However, please note the following when selling Adobe Stock to the education market:
In VIP, currently only Stock for teams products are available—subscriptions and credit packs. Team subscriptions must be assigned to a user to be activated, while credit packs do not require activation after purchase. In both cases, the entitlement is automatically shared with all users of the organization.
Because the Adobe Stock site contains images that are not appropriate for children under the age of 18, and there is no way to disable Adobe Stock for just those users, sales people should be cautious when selling Adobe Stock to education customers that may have minors as end users.
The auto-sharing of Adobe Stock for teams products is expected and intentional product behavior. Configurable access to using a Stock entitlement is available in Adobe Stock for enterprise.
Acrobat 2015 End of Support campaign kit
There is still a large base of customers who own Acrobat 2015 and have not migrated to Acrobat DC subscription yet.
Starting April 7, 2020, Adobe will no longer offer technical support or security updates for any edition of Adobe Acrobat 2015 or Adobe Reader 2015, as outlined in Adobe’s Support Lifecycle Policy. When product updates end, Acrobat 2015 may no longer be compatible with future Microsoft operating system releases or quarterly updates.
It’s important to let customers know about this critical change in Acrobat support. It also gives you an opportunity to reach out to these customers to migrate them to subscription before product support ends on April 7, 2020. And now is the perfect time to let them know that there are migration offers available—no matter their footprint—when they move from Acrobat 2015 to Acrobat DC via the Value Incentive Plan (VIP).
For more information, you can access the Acrobat 2015 End of Support campaign kit that is now available in UE on Consumer & Business Connection. (You must log in to access it.) The localized kits will be available in French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Turkish, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese in late December.

Advice you’d give to a new employee: There are frozen fruit bags in the freezer to make smoothies! On a more serious note, arrange introductory meetings with anyone and everyone (inside and outside your org) to get to know other areas of the business and connect with more people.
How about hobbies: Watching all the films—any and all suggestions welcome
What are you most proud of (work or personal life): Speaking four languages (although my French is rusty, so pardon my French)
Favorite quote: “Wherever you are in life is exactly where you need to be right now” (Mark Henson), so don’t fret and go with the flow.
Who/What inspires you: My mum has always been and always will be my inspiration. She found an opportunity to emigrate from Venezuela when things started to deteriorate so my brother and I could have better opportunities, so I’ll always be grateful for her.

Admin Console Sandbox for Value Incentive Plan (VIP)
The Admin Console is a single interface that gives admins one place to log in and manage their users and licenses. Use this sandbox to see what VIP admins will have access to, but keep in mind that demo accounts can have some limitations because engineering priority is placed on the production version. This specific sandbox has a mix of team and enterprise offerings, so you can see the different features (like provisioning by user group) side by side. If you wish to share this sandbox with a customer, please do so by sharing your screen and guiding them. But please don't share this link for independent use.
