Renewal Decision Engine tip sheet for VIP account managers

The Renewal Summary is an Adobe utility provided in the Reseller Console to help account managers plan for their VIP customers’ upcoming license renewals. The Renewal Summary is powered by an Adobe internal tool called the Renewal Decision Engine (RDE).

Now there is a handy tip sheet that clarifies what RDE does and does not do as standard expected behavior. Referring to this sheet can help you avoid confusion or frustration when working with VIP customers.

Reminder: Hands-on sessions' recordings are now available


Throughout Q1, we offered a series of hands-on sessions so you could learn the basics of Adobe products and solutions and feel more confident talking to customers about all that Adobe has to offer. The sessions included Acrobat, Creative Cloud & Adobe Stock, Adobe Express and Substance 3D.
