Reminder: Now available! Acrobat DC webinar kit 3 for resellers—Boost team collaboration

To help drive Acrobat DC sales, Adobe has developed the resources you need to host your own five-part customer webinar series on your own schedule. Now you can showcase the benefits of Acrobat DC to perpetual customers who haven’t yet migrated as well as to new Acrobat customers and even to active subscription customers who aren’t yet taking advantage of all the powerful, time-saving features in Acrobat DC.

The newest webinar kit—the third in the series—is called “Boost team collaboration with Acrobat DC,” and it is now available in English, with localized versions coming soon. This session focuses on how Adobe Acrobat DC gives teams the tools they need to collaborate more quickly and efficiently—whether they’re working from home or in the office. Show customers how to keep projects moving by sharing files online and working together from a single digital copy, increase efficiency by collaborating on PDF files directly in Microsoft Teams, accelerate reviews by sending PDFs to multiple reviewers and collecting feedback in one place, and more.

Get everything you need to promote and host this webinar and connect with customers afterward, including:

  • Pre-webinar invitations, web banners, and social media content to drive attendance.
  • Resources to run the webinar such as a script, presentation deck, video demo, and FAQ.
  • Post-webinar call script and thank you emails to follow up with customers afterward.

What you can expect from this eLearning

Module 1: What is Adobe Sign

Learn how Adobe Sign can be the solution to every company’s signature needs. How is selling Adobe Sign different from selling other Adobe applications?

Module 2: Prepare to engage

Having a pre-call plan is essential to the sale of Adobe Sign, and this module provides best practices in how to get prepared and learn about the personas you will be speaking to.

Module 3: Discovery

This module provides tips on how your engagement strategy might change based on different sales plays and scenarios. Learn how to effectively discover your customers' needs, uncover their pain points, and qualify their budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT).

Module 4: Confirm

Before you move to the next stage of recommending a solution for your customer, learn how to confirm their needs and identify any gaps in the discovery that still need to be addressed.

Module 5: Recommend

Find the best way to recommend the solution definition and value to the customer. Create and customize your own sales pitches using our recommendation tool, and calculate the ROI for the customer. See how success stories can really make the difference.

Module 6: Commit

You can meet resistance at any stage in the sales process, so this module looks at the resistance wheel and how you can handle customer objections based on competitor, status quo and customers not wanting change.

Module 7: Grow and renew

The last module focuses on opportunities you have with your customer to grow their business. Renewal starts at the beginning of the customer relationship. Get tips on how you can engage with your customers to renew over 100% and win more business. The eLearning is completed with an assessment.
