New Acrobat DC migration offers campaign kit

Approximately 100,000 small and medium commercial customers are still using perpetual versions of Adobe Acrobat and are not yet realizing the value of Acrobat DC subscription. Adobe now has two offers to help you migrate smaller Acrobat perpetual customers with fewer than 50 licenses:

  • Acrobat DC for teams—Customers with 10–49 Acrobat perpetual licenses can get an additional 15% off VIP pricing and up to 25% off MSRP when migrating to Acrobat DC for teams.
  • Acrobat DC for enterprise—Customers with 10–49 Acrobat perpetual licenses can get an additional 10% off VIP pricing and up to 25% off MSRP when migrating to Acrobat DC for enterprise.

This easy-to-use kit provides sales and marketing tools to help you reach out to customers with these offers, explain the value of Acrobat DC, and share best practices for a smooth migration

New! Acrobat premium onboarding migration offer

To assist customers in migrating from Acrobat perpetual to Acrobat DC, Adobe is providing a limited-time, exclusive premium onboarding migration offer. This offer is available to commercial, education, and government CLP and TLP customers who migrate 200 or more licenses of Acrobat perpetual to Acrobat DC for enterprise in the Value Incentive Plan (VIP). Premium onboarding includes Admin Console onboarding, user set up, SSO and integration set-up, and more.

This offer is available in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA and may be combined with other migration offers. For more information, check out Document Cloud monthly enablement session from Feb 18 (sign-in required).

Now available! Acrobat DC collaboration in Microsoft Teams

Acrobat DC collaboration in Microsoft Teams is now live and can also be installed from within the Microsoft Teams app. The UI is English-only at this time.

Some of the highlights of the app include:

  • High-quality viewing—The only PDF viewing experience that lets you open high-fidelity PDFs directly within Teams, for a satisfying and seamless work experience.
  • Streamline PDF reviews—Collect channel members’ feedback in a single PDF directly in Teams instead of gathering and reconciling feedback via multiple attachments.
  • Stay notified of progress—Get notified in Teams when others take action on your documents.
  • Spend less time reconciling feedback—Reviewers can see and comment on each other’s feedback, so you’ll spend less time managing conflicts.
  • Keep reviewers informed—Reviewers get notified when others reply to their comments.
  • Secure collaboration—Collaborate securely with trusted members and retain the ability to store document versions in Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive.

For more details, including a short video, watch the Document Cloud monthly enablement session from Feb 18 (sign-in required).
