At this stage, take a moment to confirm what you’ve heard.
- How does your customer currently use stock assets and what would make that experience better?
- How does the customer currently manage licensing for stock assets? Is there a way to make that easier for IT?
- How do users find, manage, and share stock assets? And how do they pay for them?
By confirming these points, you can make a better recommendation in the next stage.
