When signing in, if you are presented with options to select a Personal or Company/School Account, select the Company/School Account and follow the prompts to log in.

Note that if you select the Personal Account option, you will be returned to the login screen and prompted to select the Company/School Account. If you have any issues, please contact the Adobe Partner Connection HelpDesk.
