Release: 1TB storage upgrade for Creative Cloud for teams and Creative Cloud for enterprise customers

Adobe is adding more value to Creative Cloud for teams (direct and VIP) and Creative Cloud for enterprise (VIP and ETLA). All existing and new CC for teams and CC for enterprise VIP paid customers (excluding education) have now received a free-of-charge upgrade in storage to 1TB per license from the previous 100GB.

Now your customers can organize and share even more in Creative Cloud Libraries and cloud documents.

Can I communicate this 1TB change to commercial and government customer?
Yes. You are free to add 1TB related information to your commercial and government customer communications, but please exclude your education accounts.

Why is Adobe offering this upgrade free of charge?
The coming introduction of new collaboration capabilities such as versioning and mobile apps will drive up storage usage. Adobe wants to prioritize usage and ensure that storage capacities do not create an adoption roadblock.

Which Creative Cloud plans and products will receive storage upgrade?
This cloud storage upgrade applies to Creative Cloud for teams and enterprise plans for commercial and government customers.

The upgrade does not apply to:

  • InCopy, Acrobat, and Lightroom single app plans
  • Creative Cloud for individuals and education plans
  • China plans and other plans that have storage set to 0GB
